2018 All Star Representative Top Laner joins the team

We are excited to announce the signing of Jackson “Pabu” Pavone as our Top Laner for the new OPL team (pending Riot approval).

“I'm super excited to work with this player group because I think I can lead these young players and help them prove themselves and show that they deserve respect. With Juves and the other staff at the new OPL team behind us, I believe we'll be able to put on a show.” said Pabu on joining the team.

Sean Callanan on Pabu, “Absolutely thrilled to have Jackson on our team, not only a great talent as he showed at All-Stars he connects well with the gaming community. Off the rift I'm excited to launch The Pabu Project to showcase both Jackson's personality and knowledge of the game, I know it will be a hit with fans. Although young in years Jackson is an experienced OPL player with Origin & All-Stars appearances already under his belt, I know he will grow into a talented leader for our team in 2019.”

Brandon “Juves” Defina on why he thinks Pabu is a great fit for the team: “As you saw from All Stars, Pabu has STAR qualities. He’s a player who has the potential to really set the bar for OCE Top Laners and that's why he was such a big target and priority for us. Having him on board is super exciting and I can't wait to put the work in with him.

Stay tuned and know more about Pabu on The Pabu Project or connect with him on Twitter @Pabu22.
